Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated professional with a proven track record of success to join our team. This full-time position serves as a Program Analyst in support of the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division (NSWC Crane), a world class Naval Installation providing technical solutions to the Department of Defense. The Program Analyst will adapt existing analytical methods and techniques to specific issues and develops new approaches to resolve complex productivity problems and issues. They will develop, coordinate, and implement performance measures to evaluate productivity programs for a major organizational segment of an agency, such as a region office, center, or major field installation. The Program Analyst will research complex ongoing and projected programmatic activities and provide higher management with reports, evaluated information, budgetary proposals, and similar products necessary for effective direction of program operations. They will develop recommendations for top program officials and supervisors and strive to have viable recommendations accepted by operating components.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a business or technical field.
· Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, and/or financial/cost analysis.
· Professional experience in U.S. Navy programs.
· Valid Indiana Educators License.
· Active DoD Secret level security clearance.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
· Strong organizational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within teams.
· Self-starter committed to identifying and solving problems and meeting deadlines.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Power-Point, and Teams.
